A little bit about Sydney

Sydney is the largest city in Australia population wise and has a thriving night life, large fashion center and is a bustling metropolis.  Sydney is the capital of New South Wales (NSW) but not the capital of Australia as a lot of people believe – Canberra is the capital of Australia J.  Sydney Activities main aim is to point you in the right direction to find all the fun and excitement you would like to do whether you be homegrown or just visiting.  We cover everything from Kids activities, couples activities, adrenaline activities, history buff activities and much much more.

Even though the Hunter Valley isn’t official part of Sydney, Sydney Activities couldn’t exclude it from this site as it is such as easy drive and a fantastic place to visit and if wine tasting a great place to stay overnight or longer!

Sydney has some wonderful Festivals throughout the year that attract many vivitors to it’s sure.  Everything from the Sydney to Hobart Yatch Races to the Gay Mardi Gra - Sydney really is a party town.
